Chicken & Mushroom Alfredo

This is amazing!!

Ingredients #1:
1 Lb box Penne Pasta ~ Cooked

Ingredients #2:
3 Chicken Breasts ~ sliced into small thin pieces
1 Shallot ~ Minced
2 Large Cloves of Garlic ~ Minced
1&1/2 TBS House Seasoning
1/2 TBS Dried Italian Seasoning
2 TBS Butter
2 TBS EVOO
Large splash of White Wine

Ingredients #3:
Large container of sliced white mushrooms
2 TBS Butter
2 TBS EVOO
1 TBS House Seasoning
Large slpash of White Wine

Ingrediants #4:
2&1/2 C Heavy Cream
1 TBS House Seasoning
1 TBS Italian Seasoning
2 TBS Butter
1 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese


(#2)In large skillet melt butter into EVOO and add in chicken, shallot, garlic, house seasoning and italian seasoning. Cook till chicken begins to lightly brown and pan begins to caramelize. Add a large splash of White Wine and cook down. Once cooked down, remove from pan and set aside.

(#3)In same large skillet melt butter into EVOO and add sliced mushrooms and house seasoning. Cook until mushrooms only begin to brown and pan starts to caramelize. Add a splash of white wine and cook down.

Once mushrooms are cooked, add chicken back into skillet and add (#4) all ingredients except mozzarella cheese. And cook down just slightly to thicken.

Add cooked pasta to large cassarole dish and cover with chicken and mushroom alfredo sauce and mix together.

Cover with mozzarella cheese and cook for 25 minutes at 350*
